📋 Description

• Evaluate potential residential property transactions and outline the scope of work for acquired properties

• Establish accurate market value estimates to guide acquisition decisions

• Create pricing strategies to sell acquired properties and enhance ROI

• Assess turnaround times for property sales

• Collaborate with Sales and Construction Departments on pricing, budgets, and project scope

• Ensure accurate valuations across properties nationwide

• Achieve valuation turnaround goals and minimize the time properties remain on the market

• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

• Perform additional tasks as needed to support the company's objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property valuations/underwriting required

• An appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework is preferred

• A bachelor's degree is preferred

• Exceptional computer skills and a quick aptitude for learning new technology

• Capability to assess property values across the entire United States

• Proficiency in meeting turnaround objectives while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
