📋 Description

• Develop pricing strategies aimed at maximizing ROI for acquired properties and ensuring efficient turnaround times for dispositions.

• Collaborate with the Sales and Construction Departments on pricing determinations, budgeting, and the scope of construction work.

• Assess property values nationwide while maintaining accuracy in valuations.

• Achieve turnaround goals for valuations to avoid prolonged market listings of properties.

• Oversee multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

• Execute additional tasks as required to support the company's objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property valuations or underwriting is essential.

• An appraisal license or completion of all required appraisal coursework is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Exceptional computer proficiency and a quick adaptability to new technology are necessary.

• Capability to evaluate properties across the entire United States.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
