This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Acquire hands-on experience through a variety of projects as assigned.

• Assist in the operations of ABB while enhancing personal educational and employment prospects.

• Work in collaboration with different teams to ensure efficient coordination and timely completion of projects.

• Leverage insights from customer needs and ABB offerings to identify appropriate solutions for clients.

• Engage in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative activities.

• Actively seek feedback and guidance from managers and team members to enhance performance and skill development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or a related field, with an interest or minor in Marketing/Business, within the United States.

• Must have reliable transportation to commute to and from the worksite.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for company sponsorship now or in the future.

• Strong critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and formulate strategic solutions.

• Capacity to organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while upholding high-quality standards.

• Proficient in collaborating with team members, sharing ideas, disseminating information, and providing updates on projects.
