UX/UI Designer, SaaS, Digital Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance user interfaces for both web and mobile applications.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and comprehensive design systems.

• Evaluate user needs and convert them into functional and visually appealing solutions.

• Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, and various stakeholders.

• Perform usability testing and continuously refine designs based on user insights.

• Take charge of significant projects and actively contribute to shaping the product vision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid grasp of user experience principles and visual design.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UX/UI or Visual Design.

• Familiarity with Motion Design and interactive animations.

• Creative mindset, analytical thinking, and a keen eye for contemporary design.

• Passion for innovative design and a strong awareness of current design trends.

• Exceptional teamwork abilities, combined with an independent and organized work style.

• Willingness to fully incorporate Claude and Figma into your daily tasks; prior experience with these tools is advantageous.

• Friendly and open demeanor, with a positive approach to receiving feedback and criticism.

• Problem-solving attitude and active involvement in design reviews.

• Capacity to work autonomously while enjoying the exchange of ideas and collaboration with colleagues from other departments.
