This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Develop comprehensive single sign-on and authentication experiences, encompassing setup, identity configuration, multi-factor authentication (MFA), error handling, and recovery states.
• Design enterprise-level user management processes, including SSO configuration, group mapping, custom roles, and access patterns.
• Construct organizational models for multi-location setups, addressing workspaces, organizational hierarchies, and account switching.
• Create reusable design patterns for various product teams and contribute these to the Design System.
• Collaborate daily with the product manager and engineering manager on the Users Infra roadmap, including scoping and sequencing tasks.
• Engage in customer discussions and utilize insights from Pendo and Sigma to inform product direction.
• Recognize dependencies and overlaps between Users Infra and other Weave product surfaces.
• Enhance the surrounding work environment through critique, mentorship, and documentation for engineers.
• Report directly to the Product Design Manager.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing software products.
• Significant experience with B2B or platform surfaces such as admin, settings, identity, or permissions.
• Capability to present two or more case studies that demonstrate thought processes from problem framing to comprehensive user flows and interactions.
• Proficient in using Figma, including components, variants, and prototyping features.
• Experience in crafting complex, multi-step, cross-platform flows, inclusive of edge cases, errors, and empty states.
• Ability to articulate design thinking effectively in both written and verbal communication with engineers, partners, and leadership.
• Experience with identity and access management, or multi-tenant products is a plus.
• Background in contributing components or patterns to a design system is advantageous.
• Experience in healthcare, dental, veterinary, or other regulated industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with conducting user interviews and utilizing product analytics tools such as Pendo, Sigma, Domo, or their equivalents is advantageous.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to provide valid Form I-9 documentation.
• A portfolio is required; applications submitted without a portfolio will not be considered.
