Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Enhance the experience of the Wellfunnel Builder.

• Collaborate closely with the Growth team to spearhead experimentation throughout the funnels.

• Optimize onboarding processes and implement ongoing iterations to boost conversion rates and average revenue per user.

• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to prioritize hypotheses, define the roadmap, and plan future initiatives.

• Contribute to comprehensive design processes, ranging from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity visual designs and prototypes.

• Create experiments targeting various onboarding stages, including landing pages, payment processes, and checkout.

• Design visually attractive, mobile-first, user-centric experiences.

• Manage design projects independently while also participating in collaborative brainstorming and design critiques.

• Leverage product analytics and experimentation to guide design decisions and enhance conversion, retention, and engagement.

• Work alongside designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to produce intuitive user experiences and achieve business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with Growth/Marketing teams to design web funnel experiences.

• Outstanding visual design capabilities with a focus on mobile-first principles.

• Advanced expertise in Figma, including components, auto-layouts, and variables.

• Significant experience utilizing and iterating on existing Design Systems.

• Proficient in analytics and data-driven experimentation, including tools like Amplitude and Tableau.

• Ability to apply both qualitative and quantitative insights to design experiments.

• Experience conducting usability tests using platforms such as Maze, Great Question, or similar tools.

• Strong ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Content Designers, and User Researchers.

• Knowledge of user psychology, behavioral design, high-converting user interfaces, and habit-forming products.

• Independent yet collaborative working style.

• Openness to experimenting with AI tools to enhance the design workflow.

• Portfolio link is required.

• Preferred: experience in the health, fitness, nutrition, or wellness industries.

• Preferred: experience in designing app experiences.

• Preferred: experience working within platform teams.
