Product Design Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product design process from discovery and information architecture to user flows, prototyping, visual design, implementation review, launch, and iterative improvement.

• Influence the design of DubClub’s mobile platform tailored for creators and fans.

• Analyze business needs and user requirements, recognize challenges and opportunities, and impact product priorities.

• Create comprehensive user journeys along with cohesive navigation, interaction patterns, and visual aesthetics.

• Design experiences for fans that encompass discovery, subscription, onboarding, content access, engagement, and renewal processes.

• Develop tools for creators to launch offerings, engage with subscribers, analyze performance, and expand their businesses.

• Perform targeted user research, usability assessments, and competitive evaluations.

• Work collaboratively with engineers during UX exploration, prototyping, development, and refinement stages.

• Leverage AI and rapid prototyping tools to ideate and validate concepts.

• Contribute to collective design patterns and offer constructive feedback within the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior or lead-level experience in designing and delivering digital products as a hands-on individual contributor.

• A portfolio showcasing contributions from problem definition through to launch and iterative refinement.

• Proficient in interaction design and information architecture.

• Experience in independently defining and addressing complex consumer experience challenges.

• Strong visual design capabilities across responsive web and mobile platforms.

• Familiarity with consumer subscriptions, marketplaces, creator tools, commerce, or other complex multi-user products.

• Ability to align user needs with business objectives and prioritize impactful opportunities.

• Portfolio that illustrates reasoning, exploration, and validation processes.

• A proactive mindset in understanding the business landscape and identifying potential opportunities.

• Comfortable engaging directly with users and managing incomplete information.

• Proven experience in close collaboration with engineers and comprehension of how design decisions influence production software.

• Proficient in Figma and prototyping methodologies.

• Willingness to remain actively involved while guiding design quality and direction.

• Experience in sports betting, prediction markets, marketplaces, or creator platforms is advantageous.
