Senior Manager, UX Design

📋 Description

• Serve as a representative for design across a diverse, intricate, and technical landscape.

• Champion user needs, promote cohesive experiences, and ensure high-quality execution within a collaborative leadership team.

• Develop exceptional end-to-end experiences for various products and services.

• Produce prototypes, workflow diagrams, technical flows, information architecture, and experience models.

• Assist teams in defining problems, spotting opportunities, and making decisions within ambiguous scenarios.

• Employ systems thinking to link user needs, business objectives, technical limitations, dependencies, and integration points.

• Utilize human-centered design techniques and user insights throughout the framing, solution development, and iteration processes.

• Propel tactical delivery and strategic outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

• Integrate AI capabilities, tools, and workflows into daily tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product design, UX design, service design, or a related field within a complex corporate environment.

• Proficiency in industry-standard product design tools like Figma.

• Capability to incorporate common AI tools such as Claude and Copilot into daily operations.

• Ability to work independently with accountability and minimal oversight.

• Skill in articulating problems clearly and transitioning between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

• Competence in deconstructing complex design challenges and linking work to broader user journeys, organizational context, and cross-functional systems.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Preferred: Experience with research methodologies, insights, and data.

• Preferred: An entrepreneurial mindset along with a curiosity for experimentation.

• Preferred: Willingness to adapt to evolving tools and AI-enabled working methods.
