UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in executing design projects from initial concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and developer handoff.

• Collaborate with creative leads, project managers, designers, and developers to grasp project objectives, user needs, and specifications.

• Develop wireframes and create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

• Design and produce visually striking webpages.

• Ensure a consistent UI design system across digital platforms while adhering to brand guidelines and design patterns.

• Build interactive prototypes and user flows.

• Create original graphic designs, including social media posts, display advertisements, and email templates.

• Proactively report to internal managers and manage schedules to adhere to deadlines.

• Contribute to client presentations and offer guidance and constructive feedback to fellow designers without formal team management duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience required.

• A strong portfolio is essential for consideration.

• Proficiency in UI design tools, particularly Figma.

• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.

• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design methodologies.

• Capacity to work on graphic or editorial design projects.

• Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 is preferred.

• Ability to stay updated with web development trends and technologies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in multitasking, time management, and task prioritization.

• Capable of discussing and articulating design options effectively.
