UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Perform user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.

• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Develop comprehensive proposals and documentation to back ideas and solutions across various stages of ideation.

• Design, strategize, and analyze testing methodologies to validate solutions and enhance the user experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between design, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

• Contribute insights into design trends and market demands within the agricultural sector.

• Work closely with the Product Manager, agricultural specialists, and clients throughout the discovery phase.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current student or graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for both mobile applications (web and native) and responsive web design.

• Proven experience in conducting usability tests and interpreting results.

• Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and Design Thinking principles.

• Expert knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
