Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop dashboards and workflows for managing reservations, properties, guest communications, cleaning, maintenance, and financial aspects.

• Create interactions for configuring AI agents, comprehending their actions, reviewing their decisions, and intervening as necessary.

• Design onboarding and setup processes for channel connections, property additions, and quickly demonstrating the platform’s value.

• Construct booking and guest experiences for direct reservations, check-ins, extensions, and upselling opportunities.

• Develop reusable design system components and maintain consistent interaction patterns.

• Design website landing pages, feature visuals, and promotional assets.

• Take ownership of design from problem identification and user research through to prototypes, final interfaces, and implementation assessments.

• Engage with operators and internal teams to gain insights into workflows and challenges.

• Convert complex requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and refined interfaces.

• Collaborate with engineers on actual data, edge cases, and technical limitations.

• Test concepts early, gather feedback, and enhance experiences post-launch.

• Utilize AI tools to expedite exploration and production processes.

• Identify issues, suggest solutions, and drive them to completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and visual design capabilities.

• Experience in designing SaaS products, dashboards, or applications featuring complex workflows.

• Proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, components, design systems, and interactive prototyping.

• Excellent judgment in typography, spacing, hierarchy, color, and responsive design practices.

• Ability to distill complex information without omitting essential user needs.

• Experience collaborating directly with engineers and overseeing designs through production.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to articulate design choices while constructively responding to feedback.

• High level of ownership and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to progress while requirements are still developing.

• Experience in short-term rentals, hospitality, AI products, conversion optimization, or front-end development is advantageous.

• Proficiency in English is required in the application process.
