Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product design across essential aspects of the platform, spanning from problem identification to final execution.

• Convert intricate, data-driven workflows into straightforward, user-friendly, and scalable experiences.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality user interface designs.

• Collaborate asynchronously with Product and Engineering teams in a remote environment to deliver top-notch features.

• Actively participate in enhancing the design system to maintain a high degree of consistency throughout the platform.

• Effectively communicate design choices and actively seek feedback via video calls, Loom, and Figma comments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in Product Design within a fast-paced environment.

• Preference for experience with B2B or SaaS products.

• Demonstrated success in working effectively within remote teams.

• Strong self-management and proactive communication abilities.

• Solid UX thinking coupled with outstanding UI skills.

• Experience with scalable design systems.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.

• Familiarity with contemporary AI and prototyping tools.

• Ability to take ownership of complex challenges, working independently and accepting full responsibility.

• Excellent communication proficiency in both German and English.

• A portfolio is mandatory for this role.
