Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop artwork for casino games, including promotional visuals, static images, animations, and video content.

• Design engaging casino experiences for players, focusing on discovery, game pages, promotions, user journeys, and new product features.

• Convert product opportunities, user requirements, and business objectives into refined design solutions.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the entire process from discovery to delivery.

• Assist in the advancement of Midnite’s Casino visual identity.

• Create prototypes and convey design concepts through visuals, motion, interaction flows, and written explanations.

• Utilize feedback, data, and experimentation to enhance casino experiences.

• Work across in-product journeys, campaign creatives, and various promotional formats.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in product design, visual design, motion design, game art, or a closely related field.

• A robust portfolio showcasing visual craftsmanship, creative thinking, and high-quality work in product design, game art, motion, or campaign creative.

• A keen eye for composition, typography, color, layout, and brand representation.

• Experience in producing static images, animations, and/or video assets for digital products, campaigns, games, or entertainment brands.

• Proficient in contemporary design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Knowledge of product design principles, including user journeys, interaction design, prototyping, and design systems.

• Ability to work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Marketing, CRM, and other designers, clearly communicating decisions and reasoning.

• Genuine interest in casino, gaming, entertainment, sports betting, or consumer products.

• Full right to work in the UK.

• Currently residing in the UK.

• No current or future need for sponsorship to work in the UK.
