UX Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a robust research strategy.

• Collaborate closely with the research team and Product Tech team through regular meetings and status updates.

• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research independently.

• Summarize and present findings from both evaluative and exploratory research utilizing analytical, research, and reporting tools.

• Convert qualitative and quantitative research insights into design initiatives.

• Establish and sustain the user research environment, including necessary tools.

• Create and manage a UX research repository.

• Analyze and report insights derived from customer feedback on a regular basis.

• Present research findings throughout the organization.

• Maintain continuous communication regarding research activities with program teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX Researcher or in a UX research department.

• Proven experience, demonstrated through case studies or a portfolio of research projects, in conducting both quantitative and qualitative research on B2C products.

• Experience with research projects in fintech, banking, investments, or multi-market mobile applications is highly advantageous.

• Proficiency in gathering qualitative and quantitative data from analytics tools, with the ability to connect insights and perform proper data triangulation.

• At least a basic understanding of AI tools and AI-driven research processes, along with the capability to explain and showcase practical use cases in daily work.

• Experience in coordinating evaluative and exploratory research conducted within the UXR team.

• Ability to produce clear, systematic, and stakeholder-valued documentation, particularly reports, dashboards, and metrics.

• Knowledge of calculating UX product metrics and KPIs.

• Capability to create research reports, analyze and categorize observations, draw actionable conclusions, and provide practical recommendations.

• Commitment to continuously optimizing workflows and refining research methodologies.

• Focus on problem-solving and achieving objectives rather than adhering strictly to an ideal process.

• Strong teamwork abilities, particularly in collaboration and mutual support.

• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
