UX Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Serve as a champion for UX Research and a catalyst for change by spotting opportunities, mentoring peers, and initiating programs.

• Take ownership and enhance the UX Research function within the Design team.

• Empower designers to independently carry out relevant research and establish quality standards.

• Oversee comprehensive research processes from initial brief and methodology selection to conducting, analyzing, synthesizing, presenting findings, and prompting actionable insights.

• Choose suitable research techniques, which may include interviews, usability tests, concept evaluations, surveys, desk research, and competitive analyses.

• Manage tools, data access, participant coordination, session logistics, documentation, and note-taking autonomously.

• Partner with Product Analytics to merge quantitative and qualitative data insights.

• Test various research methodologies, including moderated, unmoderated, and AI-driven approaches.

• Advocate for user needs and constraints in decision-making processes regarding product development.

• Keep a research radar that tracks internal insights, market trends, competitor updates, and UX/product resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in conducting end-to-end research with a high level of ownership.

• Experience engaging with both B2C and B2B products and target audiences.

• Proficient in English; all participants are English speakers, and moderation and presentations are conducted in English.

• Regularly gather feedback from Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Analytics teams to formulate testable research inquiries.

• Uphold a high standard of research quality, ensuring proper methodologies, structured approaches, predictable timelines, and ethical considerations.

• Independently utilize recruiting platforms and manage logistics effectively.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance operations and synthesis while preserving human judgment and methodological integrity.

• Already integrate AI meaningfully into your professional tasks.

• Possess exceptional empathy, respect, sensitivity, and uphold high ethical standards when interacting with research participants.

• Fluency in both Russian and English is required.
