User Research and Feedback Synthesis Evaluator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review and evaluate AI-generated deliverables, such as documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

• Utilize subject-matter expertise to assess outputs for precision, thoroughness, and quality within the specific domain.

• Analyze AI-created materials using domain-specific quality assessment criteria.

• Detect factual inaccuracies, aesthetic issues, and presentation flaws.

• Offer clear and organized written feedback.

• Participate in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of pertinent professional experience in user/customer research and feedback synthesis.

• Native or professional proficiency in English.

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Particularly adept in Google Slides and PowerPoint.

• Engagement as an independent contractor.

• Unable to accommodate H1-B or STEM OPT candidates.

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a recognized institution is preferred.
