This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead engagements focused on client discovery and UX strategy, which includes conducting stakeholder interviews, gathering requirements, analyzing audiences and journeys, performing heuristic reviews, carrying out competitive analysis, and executing experience audits.

• Convert business objectives, user requirements, content necessities, analytics, SEO considerations, and technical limitations into actionable UX recommendations.

• Establish information architecture, user journeys, functional specifications, sitemap structures, wireframes, prototypes, and experience principles.

• Deliver strategic recommendations and cultivate alignment among both client and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure that UX recommendations enhance conversion rates, accessibility, usability, content discoverability, and overall digital experience strategy.

• Provide recommendations for conversion rate optimization, outline hypotheses for variations, conduct A/B testing, and report on outcomes.

• Oversee UX workstreams from discovery through to design handoff.

• Serve as the UX contact for designated clients, managing expectations, facilitating working sessions, and addressing feedback.

• Collaborate with project management, strategy, content, SEO, visual design, development, analytics, and account leadership teams.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and pending decisions, offering recommendations to ensure project continuity.

• Review deliverables for quality, consistency, accessibility, usability, and coherence with the approved strategy.

• Assist in the handoff to visual design, development, QA, and launch phases by documenting requirements, decisions, user flows, and interaction specifics.

• Work collaboratively with Gravity’s global Digital Experience team located in the US, UK, and Vietnam.

• Contribute to the development of reusable frameworks, templates, playbooks, and documentation.

• Represent UX/UI in planning sessions, scope development, estimation, new business initiatives, and client growth discussions.

• Stay updated with the latest UX practices, accessibility standards, AI-driven experiences, search behavior, personalization trends, analytics, and digital platforms.

• Enhance UX methodologies, tools, deliverables, and client offerings.

• Thoughtfully utilize AI and automation for research, synthesis, iteration, documentation, and quality reviews.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, timekeeping, status updates, and administrative records.

• Engage in meetings, training sessions, knowledge-sharing opportunities, recruitment efforts, and agency-wide initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Typically, a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX, particularly in complex B2B environments.

• Proven experience in leading client-facing UX strategy and execution for websites, digital platforms, applications, or other intricate digital experiences.

• Expertise in conducting discovery sessions, defining requirements, developing information architecture, mapping journeys, creating wireframes, prototyping, and facilitating design handoffs.

• Background in working within an agency, consultancy, product organization, or similar settings with multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities.

• Experience in managing client relationships, facilitating workshops, presenting recommendations, and guiding high-level decisions.

• Proven ability to collaborate with distributed, cross-functional, and international teams.

• Strong understanding of UX strategy, user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and principles of responsive digital experiences.

• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization principles and the ability to provide recommendations, develop variant strategies, and manage A/B testing programs.

• Proficient in Figma and related tools for wireframing, prototyping, documentation, and collaborative reviews.

• Capable of transforming ambiguous business and user challenges into structured recommendations, requirements, and deliverables.

• Familiarity with accessibility, usability testing, analytics-informed UX, SEO, content strategy, design systems, and web development considerations.

• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines.

• Comfortable working under tight deadlines and juggling multiple clients across various industries.

• Desirable: experience in B2B, enterprise, or complex multi-market digital experiences.

• Desirable: familiarity with usability testing, accessibility audits, conversion rate optimization, personalization, or website analytics.

• Desirable: knowledge of Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, HubSpot, or other enterprise CMS platforms.

• Desirable: experience with design systems, component libraries, modular content models, or composable architectures.

• Desirable: experience applying AI tools for research, synthesis, prototyping, content, or experience optimization.

• Desirable: relevant certifications in UX, accessibility, or research.
