This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of product features from inception to delivery, encompassing problem analysis, experience design, front-end coding, and user rollout.
• Transform static mockups into dynamic prototypes to swiftly validate concepts through user feedback.
• Lead design-oriented development within a fixed-time, variable-scope framework.
• Work in close partnership with backend and core engineering teams to create significant impact.
• Quickly produce polished, production-ready user experiences.
• Advance the design system and component libraries across both mobile and web platforms.
• Assist designers in shipping code and incorporating AI tools into their processes.
• Enhance the organization’s speed, autonomy, and technical proficiency.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering products with accountability for both design and code execution.
• Familiarity with technologies such as React Native, Node.js, TypeScript, or Vue.js.
• A portfolio displaying live products that have been designed and developed by the candidate.
• Likely to utilize AI tools for prototyping, iteration, and workflow acceleration.
• Strong intuition for product development and a keen eye for quality.
• In-depth knowledge of the constraints and opportunities associated with modern front-end development.
• Capability to create efficient, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
• A builder mentality with the ability to see projects through to completion with minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining design choices and technical trade-offs.
• Enthusiasm for Bitcoin, financial empowerment, and the evolving landscape of money.
• Proficiency in English is required.
