Middle UX Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belarus, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Evaluate user signals that could influence company objectives alongside the product team.

• Conduct interviews or usability tests with users to pinpoint the timing and reasons behind issues.

• Confirm proposed solutions with clients to ensure they align with user needs and usability standards.

• Organize and facilitate design sprints.

• Mentor the product team to enable independent research practices.

• Act as an internal research resource for other teams.

• Create and sustain a customer knowledge base.

• Engage in product planning activities.

• Contribute to enhancing discovery processes, which include on-site surveys and satisfaction metrics.

• Monitor how products and features are delivered to customers and oversee modifications to the customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX Research.

• Proven experience in building and developing products from the customer's perspective: interviews, tests, surveys, and observations.

• Strong foundation in qualitative methods, particularly in-depth interviews.

• Familiarity with quantitative methods, including surveys.

• Comprehensive research experience: study scoping/grooming, outreach, and participant recruiting.

• Experience in implementing CustDev practices within teams.

• Comfortable handling high-uncertainty tasks and adapting existing methods to new situations.

• Capable of gathering all necessary information for effective work.

• Dependable with deadlines and adept at planning personal workload.

• Excellent team player who can view tasks in a broader context and ask pertinent questions.

• High work pace; motivates themselves and colleagues.

• Self-reliant and proactive; translates research findings into actionable steps.

• Proficient in English and Russian is required.
