This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate the quality of incoming data sources to assess their viability and reliability.
• Integrate new data sources by generating reports to confirm data alignment.
• Educate internal stakeholders on business listing standards and best practices.
• Establish data quality reporting standards and present both quantitative and qualitative findings.
• Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives among engineering, product management, business development, and other internal teams.
• Cultivate stakeholder relationships and engage in regular discussions regarding data quality.
• Identify data quality challenges and collaborate with technical stakeholders to develop solutions.
• Conduct internal quality assessments to pinpoint subpar data and calibration requirements.
• Initiate and manage data improvement projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure all deadlines are met across various workstreams.
• Maintain and revise process documentation, policy references, and training materials.
• Address urgent escalations and guide decision-making to resolve issues effectively.
• Collaborate with an overseas team and coordinate with distributed stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 1–2 years in a quality assurance, operations, moderation, or a similar detail-oriented position.
• Proficiency in creating trackers, pivot tables, and basic formulas in Google Sheets and/or Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Competence in gathering, organizing, and analyzing large volumes of information, identifying patterns, and formulating solutions to intricate problems.
• Preferably, experience with advanced databases such as SQL, Splunk Reports, and Tableau.
• Quick adaptability to internal tools and Content Management System (CMS) platforms.
• Comfortable working across different time zones and coordinating with a remote team.
• Openness to utilizing AI tools such as Claude.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Outstanding cross-functional abilities and capacity to bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to understand complex engineering issues and convey them clearly to relevant parties.
• Must reside in the United States.
