Test & Evaluation Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer assistance to the Test & Evaluation (T&E) Division within DHS FEMA.

• Oversee workforce distribution and assignments related to projects and testing events.

• Facilitate team meetings.

• Monitor personnel availability.

• Collaborate closely with Data Managers, analysts, cybersecurity experts, testing teams, and government partners.

• Execute project management and program analysis tasks.

• Create and maintain a personnel tracker to ensure appropriate skillsets and effort levels for projects and testing events.

• Engage with the team, clients, and external stakeholders, including national laboratories, universities, and other FEMA organizations.

• Exhibit strong organizational capabilities and timely communication with company leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience.

• Proven experience in providing support for DHS Test and Evaluation.

• Exceptional ability to coordinate across various technical and operational stakeholders.

• Experience in leading technical teams, task assignments, or executing project activities.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Must possess an active Secret clearance.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Experience with DHS CBRN Test and Evaluation is preferred.

• Familiarity with scientific, laboratory, sensory/instrumentation, operational test support systems, and data collection architectures is preferred.

• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is preferred.
