Sales Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in enhancing sales efficiency, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance activities.

• Oversee Excel databases, contract archives, and chargeback reconciliation processes.

• Monitor, manage, and finalize RFIs and RFPs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Guarantee timely, precise, brand-aligned, and compliant submissions of RFIs/RFPs.

• Maintain a centralized repository of previous submissions.

• Supervise the review, execution, implementation, compliance, and renewal tracking of contracts.

• Ensure that contracts are accurately represented in sales systems, pricing databases, and operational tools.

• Manage membership data for a Group Purchasing Organization (GPO).

• Generate reports on GPO performance and membership changes.

• Produce compliance reports and rectify discrepancies related to contracts, pricing, and memberships.

• Extract analytical insights from compliance and performance data.

• Keep documentation prepared for audits and internal evaluations.

• Assist in chargeback validation and processing tasks.

• Support the reporting of administrative fee payouts.

• Collaborate with finance and sales teams regarding payment schedules and issue resolutions.

• Adhere to company values, policies, and standards for quality, safety, diversity, and inclusion.

• Foster a positive team atmosphere and enhance operational quality.

• Outstanding organizational abilities.

• High level of attention to detail.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong background in analytics.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining operational accuracy and uniformity.

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Operations.

• Background in Sales reporting and/or Finance is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel as business needs arise.
