This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the readiness for new store openings by planning, coordinating, and implementing operational strategies.
• Act as a reliable business partner to licensees, utilizing operational knowledge, performance insights, and strategic advice to foster sustainable business success.
• Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives by aligning stakeholders, managing priorities, mitigating risks, and achieving results that support organizational goals.
• Enhance operational capabilities and promote continuous improvement through coaching, training, process optimization, and scalable solutions.
• Assist licensees in successfully opening, managing, and expanding Starbucks coffeehouses.
• Provide outstanding new store opening experiences and enhance operational performance across the licensed coffeehouse portfolio.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to utilize data, insights, and sound judgment to drive operational and business outcomes.
• Exceptional consulting, relationship-building, and communication abilities, with the capability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Capability to manage multiple initiatives and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 90%, including both domestic and international travel.
• Flexibility to work variable hours, including nights and weekends, as business needs dictate.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or quick-service restaurant operations management.
• At least two (2) years of experience in operational training, facilitation, coaching, consulting, or learning and development.
• Proven experience leading or supporting cross-functional operational initiatives, new store openings, or business projects and initiatives.
• Familiarity with using operational and business performance metrics to identify opportunities and enhance results.
• Experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders and achieving alignment across competing priorities.
• Background in licensed, franchise, or multi-unit retail business models.
• Professional proficiency in French is preferred.
• Must possess a current valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport for international travel.
