US Trial Class Manager – Video Funnel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct engaging one-on-one online trial lessons for children.

• Connect with the child and at least one parent via Zoom.

• Establish rapport and gain insights into the child's background, interests, and objectives.

• Facilitate brief hands-on activities using pre-prepared materials, including coding, game logic, or digital tasks.

• Suggest the most suitable Kodland program for the child.

• Address inquiries and resolve any concerns from the family.

• Assist families in making a well-informed enrollment decision.

• Communicate clearly, keep children engaged, listen attentively, and adapt to each family's needs.

• Demonstrate the program's value and confidently close when the moment is right.

• Participate in onboarding, coaching sessions, webinars, and training programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Clear and confident spoken English that is easily understandable by US parents.

• A laptop or PC equipped with a functioning webcam and microphone.

• Reliable internet connection to ensure smooth video calls.

• A quiet workspace suitable for video calls.

• Availability for 20–25 hours per week during peak times.

• Consistent availability primarily from 14:00 to 21:00 CDT on weekdays and 11:00 to 18:00 CDT on weekends.

• Capability to work five days a week, including one weekday off and one weekend day off.

• A genuine passion for engaging with children and parents.

• Preferred experience in sales, customer service, customer success, tutoring, or coaching.

• Preferred experience working with children and/or parents.

• Comfort in managing your own schedule remotely is preferred.
