Senior Case Manager – Personal Injury

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing plaintiff personal injury cases from initiation to resolution under the guidance of an attorney.

• Utilize specialized knowledge of the bodily injury claims process.

• Oversee an average load of 80 to 120 personal injury cases.

• Achieve or surpass settlement and treatment objectives while complying with case lifecycle timelines.

• Handle insurance communications, coordinate medical treatments, and manage claims.

• Collaborate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and legal professionals.

• Keep precise, thorough, and up-to-date case documentation and activity logs in Litify.

• Support case-related activities and legal functions under attorney supervision.

• Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish as required.

• Track claim statuses and follow up on pending items to avoid delays and facilitate resolution.

• Ensure adherence to firm protocols, documentation standards, and best practices in case management.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent experience in managing plaintiff personal injury cases.

• Proficient in handling personal injury claims, including no-fault, bodily injury (BI), and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/SUM) claims.

• Background in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and case management abilities.

• Capability to work independently and manage a complete caseload in a remote setting.

• Previous experience with Litify or Salesforce is preferred.

• Contractors must provide their own equipment and workspace.

• For Windows: Windows 11, Intel i5 (8th generation or newer) or equivalent, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD; for Mac: macOS 14 (Sonoma) or newer, Apple Silicon or Intel i5, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD.

• The device must be exclusively used by the contractor.

• Internet requirements: minimum 30 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds, latency under 100 ms, private password-protected network; public Wi-Fi is not allowed.

• USB noise-cancelling headset with a microphone is required.

• A webcam capable of clear video is necessary.

• Full-disk encryption, automatic security updates, screen lock after a maximum of 10 minutes of inactivity, and active endpoint protection software must be enabled.

• Applicant data should only be stored in firm-designated systems, never on personal cloud storage or local drives.

• Resume must be submitted in English.
