This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Promote effective product adoption within targeted urology accounts to enhance sales performance.
• Interact with urologists, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), practice administrators, clinical teams, and other office personnel.
• Offer scientific and clinical insights related to the disease area and approved product lines.
• Present clinically-focused brand sales presentations to healthcare professionals, APPs, medical staff, and clinic teams.
• Create, implement, and execute a cohesive business plan for the territory.
• Meet and surpass sales objectives within the designated territory.
• Convert formulary successes and market access advancements into increased prescribing and usage.
• Inform customers about patient eligibility, treatment choices, and clinical justifications.
• Identify and resolve obstacles hindering product adoption.
• Strategize activities to enhance customer engagement and optimize call frequency.
• Build product and account expertise while monitoring market trends.
• Examine utilization patterns, customer insights, and local market conditions.
• Facilitate educational sessions, in-services, speaker events, and compliant scientific conversations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional partners within GSK's integrated sales framework.
• Provide insights on marketing strategies and territory performance metrics.
• Formulate territory plans in partnership with the Regional Sales Director, brand team, and support associates.
• Oversee the territory budget effectively.
• Fulfill administrative responsibilities and implement company branding strategies within the assigned area.
• Engage in training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and industry regulations and procedures.
• BA/BS degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or biotech sectors.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing practice group accounts.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory, including overnight trips.
• Capability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Preference for candidates with urology sales experience.
• Experience in Anti-Infective sales is a plus.
• Proficient in account selling and managing intricate sales processes.
• Thorough understanding of the group practice business model, organizational hierarchy, and key stakeholder functions.
• Strong grasp of group practice account decision-making processes, clinical pathways, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship initiatives.
• Experience collaborating across both community and hospital care environments.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to formulate effective business strategies.
• Proven ability to comply with regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.
• Outstanding presentation and selling abilities, combined with strong business acumen.
