This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive effective product adoption within targeted urology accounts, including large urology group practices, hospital-affiliated practices, and other high-potential specialty accounts.
• Engage with urologists, APPs, practice administrators, clinical staff, and other key stakeholders to facilitate patient identification, treatment selection, practice workflow, and optimal product utilization.
• Achieve or surpass sales performance targets in the designated territory.
• Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive territory business plan.
• Provide scientific and clinical insights related to the disease state and approved product.
• Deliver clinically branded sales presentations to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and clinic personnel.
• Utilize and manage resources effectively to enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Organized Provider Account Directors, Reimbursement Managers, and other cross-functional teams.
• Translate formulary successes and market access achievements into prescribing and usage.
• Educate clients on patient eligibility, treatment choices, and the clinical rationale for avoiding hospital admissions.
• Identify and address clinical, operational, behavioral, and procedural barriers to product adoption.
• Plan activities to achieve call metrics and optimize customer coverage and frequency.
• Enhance product and account knowledge while monitoring market trends.
• Analyze utilization trends, customer insights, and local market dynamics.
• Conduct educational programs, in-services, speaker programs, and compliant scientific discussions.
• Share best practices with sales colleagues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategies and analyze sales activities and territory performance.
• Develop territory plans in conjunction with the Regional Sales Director, brand team, and support partners.
• Manage the territory budget allocated for sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks and execute the company brand strategy and tactics.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and industry policies and procedures.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver's license.
• 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or biotech industry.
• 2+ years of experience in practice group account management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned geography, including overnight trips.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Proven track record of top-tier sales performance and successful product launches.
• Demonstrated success in driving demand generation within large group accounts.
• Urology sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Anti-infective experience is preferred.
• Expertise in account selling and managing complex sales processes.
• In-depth knowledge of the group practice business model, organizational structure, and key stakeholder roles.
• Strong understanding of decision-making processes, clinical pathways, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship programs in group practices.
• Experience collaborating across community and hospital care settings.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to formulate actionable business plans.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions.
• Proven ability to adhere to all regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional presentation and selling skills, combined with strong business acumen.
