
Urology Account Manager, Anti-Infectives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Promote effective product adoption within targeted urology accounts, including large urology group practices, hospital-affiliated urology practices, and other high-potential specialty accounts.
• Engage with urologists, APPs, practice administrators, clinical staff, and other office stakeholders to facilitate patient identification, treatment selection, practice workflow, and optimal product utilization.
• Achieve or surpass sales performance goals within the designated territory.
• Develop, implement, and execute a cohesive territory business plan.
• Provide scientific and clinical insights regarding the disease state and the approved product.
• Present clinically branded sales information to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and clinic personnel.
• Effectively utilize and manage resources to enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Organized Provider Account Directors, Reimbursement Managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Transform formulary victories and market access accomplishments into consistent prescribing and usage.
• Educate clients on patient eligibility, treatment options, and the clinical rationale for avoiding hospital admissions.
• Identify and resolve barriers that may hinder product adoption.
• Strategize activities to meet call metrics and optimize customer coverage and frequency.
• Cultivate product and account knowledge while monitoring market trends.
• Analyze utilization trends, customer insights, and local market dynamics.
• Conduct educational programs, in-services, speaker engagements, and compliant scientific discussions.
• Share successful practices and strategies with fellow sales colleagues.
• Provide insights on marketing strategies and territory performance.
• Develop territory plans in collaboration with the Regional Sales Director, brand team, and support partners.
• Oversee the territory budget for sales and marketing initiatives.
• Complete administrative duties and implement the company brand strategy within the assigned geographic area.
• Engage in training and development programs.
• Maintain adherence to corporate and industry policies and procedures.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver's license.
• Over 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or biotech industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in practice group account management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned geography, including overnight stays.
• Capability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Proven track record of top-tier sales performance and successful product launches.
• Demonstrated success in driving demand generation within large group accounts.
• Experience in urology sales is strongly preferred.
• Anti-Infective experience is preferred.
• Strong expertise in account selling and managing complex sales processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of the group practice business model, organizational structure, and key stakeholder roles.
• In-depth knowledge of group practice account decision-making processes, clinical pathways, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship programs.
• Experience collaborating across community and hospital care settings.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in analyzing data and trends to develop actionable business plans.
• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving market conditions.
• Proven ability to comply with all regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional presentation and selling skills, along with strong business acumen.
