
Urology Account Manager, Anti-Infectives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Drive effective product adoption within targeted urology accounts, such as large urology group practices, hospital-affiliated practices, and other high-potential specialty accounts.
• Engage with urologists, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), practice administrators, clinical staff, and other essential office stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and execute a cohesive territory business plan.
• Provide scientific and clinical information related to the disease-state area and the approved product.
• Deliver clinically branded sales presentations to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and clinic personnel.
• Utilize and manage resources effectively to enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Organized Provider Account Directors, Reimbursement Managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Meet and surpass sales targets within the designated territory.
• Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into consistent prescribing and utilization.
• Educate customers regarding patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale.
• Identify and address obstacles that affect product adoption.
• Plan and organize activities to meet call metrics and maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Enhance product and account knowledge while monitoring local and regional market trends.
• Analyze utilization trends, customer insights, and local market dynamics.
• Conduct educational programs, in-services, speaker programs, and compliant scientific discussions.
• Share best practices and strategies with fellow sales colleagues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategies and collaborate with the Regional Sales Director, brand team, and support partners to develop territory plans.
• Manage the territory budget efficiently.
• Complete administrative tasks and implement the company brand strategy within the specified geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Maintain compliance with corporate and industry policies and procedures.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver's license.
• 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or biotech industry.
• 2+ years of experience in practice group account management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned geography, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Proven track record of top-tier sales performance and successful product launches.
• Demonstrated success in driving demand generation within large group accounts.
• Urology sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Anti-Infective experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in account selling and managing complex sales processes.
• In-depth knowledge of group practice business models, organizational structures, and key stakeholder roles.
• Strong understanding of group practice account decision-making processes, clinical pathways, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship programs.
• Experience in collaborating across community and hospital care settings.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Capability to analyze data and trends to formulate actionable business plans.
• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving market conditions.
• Proven ability to comply with regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional presentation and selling skills, complemented by strong business acumen.
