This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Drive effective product adoption within targeted urology accounts.
• Engage with urologists, advanced practice providers (APPs), practice administrators, clinical staff, and other office stakeholders.
• Achieve or surpass sales performance goals in the designated territory.
• Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive territory business strategies.
• Provide scientific and clinical insights regarding the disease state and approved products.
• Deliver compliant clinical brand sales presentations.
• Manage resources to enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Organized Provider Account Directors, Reimbursement Managers, and cross-functional partners.
• Translate formulary successes and market access achievements into prescription and utilization increases.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale.
• Identify and address challenges to product adoption.
• Plan activities to meet call metrics and maximize customer coverage.
• Develop knowledge of products and accounts while monitoring market trends.
• Analyze utilization trends, customer insights, and local market dynamics.
• Conduct educational programs, in-services, speaker programs, and compliant scientific discussions.
• Share best practices with fellow sales colleagues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategies and territory performance.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director, brand team, and support partners to develop territory plans.
• Manage the territory budget effectively.
• Complete administrative tasks and execute brand strategies within the assigned geography.
• Participate in training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and industry regulations and procedures.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or biotech sectors.
• At least 2 years of experience in practice group account management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned area, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales performance and successful product launches.
• Proven success in driving demand generation within large group accounts.
• Expertise in account selling and managing complex sales processes.
• In-depth knowledge of group practice business models, organizational structures, and key stakeholder roles.
• Strong understanding of group practice account decision-making processes, clinical pathways, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship programs.
• Experience working collaboratively across community and hospital care settings.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to formulate actionable business plans.
• Proven ability to comply with regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional presentation and selling skills, combined with strong business acumen.
