
Urology Account Manager, Anti-Infectives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Drive effective product adoption across targeted urology accounts, which include large urology group practices, hospital-affiliated urology practices, and other high-potential specialty accounts.
• Engage with urologists, APPs, practice administrators, clinical staff, and other office stakeholders to facilitate patient identification, treatment selection, practice workflow, and appropriate product utilization.
• Meet or surpass sales performance targets within the assigned territory.
• Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive territory business plan.
• Provide scientific and clinical insights regarding the disease state and the approved product.
• Deliver clinically branded sales presentations to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and clinic personnel.
• Utilize and manage resources effectively to enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Organized Provider Account Directors, Reimbursement Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate formulary wins and market access achievements into prescribing and utilization.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and the hospital-avoidance value proposition.
• Identify and resolve barriers affecting product adoption.
• Plan activities to achieve call metrics and enhance customer coverage.
• Develop knowledge of products and accounts while monitoring market trends.
• Analyze utilization trends, customer insights, and local market dynamics.
• Conduct educational programs, in-services, speaker programs, and compliant scientific discussions.
• Share best practices and strategies with sales colleagues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategies and the effectiveness of sales activities.
• Develop territory plans in collaboration with the Regional Sales Director, brand team, and support partners.
• Manage the territory budget.
• Complete administrative duties and implement brand strategy within the assigned geography.
• Participate in training and development initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with corporate and industry policies and procedures.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver's license.
• 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or biotech industries.
• 2+ years of experience in practice group account management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned geography, including overnight stays.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Consistent record of top-tier sales performance and demonstrated success in product launches.
• Proven success in driving demand generation within large group accounts.
• Urology sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in Anti-Infectives is preferred.
• Expertise in account selling and managing complex sales processes.
• In-depth knowledge of the group practice business model, organizational structure, and key stakeholder roles.
• Strong understanding of decision-making processes, clinical pathways, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship programs within group practice accounts.
• Experience collaborating across community and hospital care settings.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Capability to analyze data and trends to develop actionable business plans.
• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving market conditions.
• Proven ability to adhere to all regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional presentation and selling skills, alongside strong business acumen.
