
Urology Account Manager, Anti-Infectives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
β’ Facilitate effective product adoption within designated urology accounts.
β’ Interact with urologists, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), practice administrators, clinical personnel, and various stakeholders.
β’ Achieve or surpass sales performance targets in the assigned region.
β’ Create, implement, and execute comprehensive territory business plans.
β’ Provide scientific and clinical insights regarding the disease and approved product.
β’ Present compliant clinical brand sales presentations.
β’ Optimize customer engagement by managing resources effectively.
β’ Collaborate with Organized Provider Account Directors, Reimbursement Managers, and cross-functional partners.
β’ Convert formulary victories and market access successes into increased prescribing and utilization.
β’ Educate clients on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical justification.
β’ Identify and overcome obstacles to product adoption.
β’ Strategize activities to meet call metrics and enhance customer coverage.
β’ Expand product and account knowledge while tracking market trends.
β’ Analyze utilization trends, customer feedback, and local market conditions.
β’ Conduct educational programs, in-services, speaker engagements, and compliant scientific discussions.
β’ Share effective practices with colleagues in sales.
β’ Provide insights on marketing strategies and territory performance.
β’ Develop territory plans in conjunction with the Regional Sales Director, brand team, and support partners.
β’ Oversee the territory budget.
β’ Complete administrative responsibilities and implement brand strategy.
β’ Engage in training and development programs.
β’ Ensure compliance with corporate and industry regulations and procedures.
β’ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
β’ Valid driver's license required.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or biotech sectors.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in practice group account management.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned area, including overnight trips.
β’ Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
β’ Proven track record of exceptional sales performance and successful product launches.
β’ Demonstrated effectiveness in generating demand within large group accounts.
β’ Urology sales experience is highly preferred.
β’ Experience in Anti-Infective sales is preferred.
β’ Proficient in account selling and managing intricate sales processes.
β’ Thorough understanding of group practice business models, organizational structures, and key stakeholder roles.
β’ Strong grasp of group practice account decision-making processes, clinical pathways, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship programs.
β’ Experience working collaboratively across community and hospital care environments.
β’ Ability to analyze data and trends to develop actionable business strategies.
β’ Proven capability to adhere to regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.
β’ Excellent presentation and selling abilities, combined with strong business acumen.
