
Urology Account Manager, Anti-Infectives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Drive effective product adoption within targeted urology accounts.
• Engage with urologists, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), practice administrators, clinical staff, and other office stakeholders.
• Meet or surpass sales performance goals in the designated territory.
• Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive territory business plans.
• Provide scientific and clinical information regarding the disease state and approved products.
• Deliver clinically branded sales presentations to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and clinic personnel.
• Manage resources effectively to enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Organized Provider Account Directors, Reimbursement Managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate formulary successes and market access achievements into increased prescribing and utilization.
• Educate customers regarding patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale.
• Identify and tackle barriers to product adoption.
• Plan activities to meet call metrics and maximize customer access and sales opportunities.
• Develop product knowledge and account insights while monitoring market trends.
• Analyze utilization trends, customer insights, and local market dynamics.
• Conduct educational programs, in-services, speaker events, and compliant scientific discussions.
• Share best practices with sales colleagues.
• Provide feedback regarding marketing strategies and territory performance.
• Develop territory plans in conjunction with the Regional Sales Director, brand team, and support partners.
• Manage the territory budget effectively.
• Complete administrative responsibilities and execute brand strategies within the designated geography.
• Participate in training and development initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with corporate and industry policies and procedures.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver's license.
• At least 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or biotech industry.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in practice group account management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned geography, including overnight trips.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales performance and proven success in product launches.
• Demonstrated success in driving demand generation within large group accounts.
• Urology sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in Anti-Infective products is preferred.
• Expertise in account selling and managing complex sales processes.
• In-depth knowledge of the group practice business model, organizational structure, and key stakeholder roles.
• Strong understanding of group practice account decision-making processes, clinical pathways, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship programs.
• Experience in collaborating across community and hospital care settings.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Analyze data and trends to formulate actionable business plans.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing market conditions.
• Proven ability to comply with all regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional presentation and selling skills, along with strong business acumen.
