
Urology Account Manager, Anti-Infectives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +1 more state.
• Facilitate optimal product adoption within designated urology accounts, which include large urology group practices, hospital-associated urology practices, and other high-potential specialty clients.
• Engage with urologists, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), practice administrators, clinical staff, and other essential office stakeholders to enhance patient identification, treatment selection, practice workflow, and effective product utilization.
• Achieve or surpass sales performance targets within the assigned territory.
• Create, implement, and execute a comprehensive business plan for the territory.
• Provide scientific and clinical insights regarding the disease state and the approved product.
• Deliver clinically branded sales presentations to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and clinic personnel.
• Manage resources efficiently to optimize customer engagement.
• Collaborate with GSK's matrixed sales organization and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Convert formulary successes and market access achievements into prescribing practices and product utilization.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and the clinical rationale behind choices.
• Identify and mitigate barriers that impact product adoption.
• Strategize activities to meet call metrics and enhance customer coverage and frequency.
• Cultivate product and account knowledge while monitoring market trends.
• Analyze utilization trends, customer insights, and local market dynamics.
• Conduct educational programs, in-services, speaker programs, and compliant scientific discussions.
• Share best practices with fellow sales professionals.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategies and assess sales activity and territory performance.
• Develop territory plans in collaboration with the Regional Sales Director, brand team, and support partners.
• Oversee the territory budget.
• Complete administrative tasks and implement the company brand strategy within the designated geographic region.
• Participate in training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and industry policies and procedures.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver's license.
• Over 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or biotech industries.
• At least 2 years of experience in practice group account management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned geography, including overnight trips.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Proven track record of top-tier sales performance and successful product launches.
• Demonstrated success in generating demand within large group accounts.
• Urology sales experience is highly preferred.
• Anti-Infective experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in account selling and managing complex sales processes.
• In-depth understanding of the group practice business model, organizational structure, and key stakeholder roles.
• Strong comprehension of group practice decision-making processes, clinical pathways, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship programs.
• Experience in collaborating across community and hospital care environments.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Capacity to analyze data and trends to develop actionable business plans.
• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving market conditions.
• Proven ability to comply with all regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional presentation and sales skills, complemented by strong business acumen.
