
Urology Account Manager, Anti-Infectives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Drive effective product adoption within targeted urology accounts, encompassing large urology group practices, hospital-affiliated urology practices, and other high-potential specialty accounts.
• Engage with urologists, APPs, practice administrators, clinical staff, and other stakeholders to facilitate patient identification, treatment selection, practice workflow, and optimal product usage.
• Develop, implement, and execute a cohesive territory business plan.
• Provide scientific and clinical insights regarding the disease state and the approved product.
• Deliver compliant clinical brand sales presentations to physicians, APPs, medical teams, and clinic personnel.
• Utilize and manage resources effectively to enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Organized Provider Account Directors, Reimbursement Managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets within the designated territory.
• Translate formulary successes and market access achievements into prescribing and utilization.
• Educate customers on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and the clinical rationale for hospital avoidance.
• Identify and address clinical, operational, behavioral, and process-related obstacles to product adoption.
• Plan activities to meet call metrics and optimize customer coverage and frequency.
• Cultivate product and account knowledge while monitoring local and regional market trends.
• Analyze utilization trends, customer insights, and local market dynamics.
• Conduct educational programs, in-services, speaker programs, and compliant scientific discussions.
• Share best practices and strategies with sales colleagues.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategies and evaluate sales activity and territory performance.
• Develop territory plans in collaboration with the Regional Sales Director, brand team, and support partners.
• Manage the territory budget for sales and marketing initiatives.
• Complete administrative tasks and implement company brand strategy within the assigned geography.
• Participate in training and development initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with corporate and industry policies and procedures.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver's license.
• 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or biotech fields.
• 2+ years of account management experience within practice groups.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned geography, including overnight stays.
• Capability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales performance with proven success in product launches.
• Demonstrated success in driving demand generation within large group accounts.
• Urology sales experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in Anti-Infectives is preferred.
• Expertise in account selling and managing complex sales processes.
• In-depth knowledge of group practice business models, organizational structures, and key stakeholder roles.
• Strong understanding of decision-making processes, clinical pathways, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship programs within group practices.
• Experience collaborating across community and hospital care settings.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to formulate actionable business strategies.
• Proven ability to adhere to regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional presentation and sales skills, combined with strong business acumen.
