
Urology Account Manager, Anti-Infectives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Drive effective product adoption within targeted urology accounts.
• Engage with urologists, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), practice administrators, clinical staff, and other stakeholders in the office.
• Support the identification of patients, selection of treatment, practice workflow, and appropriate utilization of products.
• Achieve or surpass sales performance targets within a designated territory.
• Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive business plan for the territory.
• Provide scientific and clinical information related to the disease-state area and the approved product.
• Conduct clinically branded sales presentations to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and clinic personnel.
• Utilize and manage resources effectively to enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Organized Provider Account Directors, Reimbursement Managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate formulary successes and market access achievements into consistent prescribing and utilization patterns.
• Educate customers regarding patient eligibility, treatment selection, and the clinical rationale that supports hospital avoidance.
• Identify and address clinical, operational, behavioral, and process-related obstacles to product adoption.
• Plan and organize activities to meet call metrics and optimize coverage of customers.
• Cultivate product and account knowledge while monitoring local and regional market trends.
• Analyze utilization trends, customer insights, and dynamics of the local market.
• Conduct educational programs, in-services, speaker engagements, and compliant scientific discussions.
• Share best practices and strategies with fellow sales team members.
• Provide insights on marketing strategies and assess sales activities and territory performance.
• Develop territory plans in collaboration with the Regional Sales Director, brand team, and support partners.
• Manage the budget for the territory.
• Complete administrative tasks and implement the company's brand strategy within the assigned geographical area.
• Participate in training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and industry standards and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver's license.
• Over 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or biotech industries.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in practice group account management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned geography, including overnight trips.
• Capability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Proven track record of top-tier sales performance and successful product launches.
• Demonstrated success in driving demand generation within large group accounts.
• Prior experience in urology sales is highly preferred.
• Experience with anti-infectives is preferred.
• Expertise in account selling and managing complex sales processes.
• In-depth knowledge of the group practice business model, organizational structure, and key roles of stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of group practice account decision-making processes, clinical pathways, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship programs.
• Experience collaborating across community and hospital care settings.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in analyzing data and trends to formulate actionable business plans.
• Flexibility and adaptability to evolving market conditions.
• Proven ability to comply with all regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.
• Outstanding presentation and selling skills paired with strong business acumen.
