
Urology Account Manager, Anti-Infectives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Drive effective product adoption within designated urology accounts
• Engage with urologists, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), practice administrators, clinical staff, and other key office stakeholders
• Achieve or surpass sales performance targets in the assigned territory
• Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive territory business plans
• Provide scientific and clinical insights regarding the disease state and approved product
• Deliver clinically focused sales presentations to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and clinic personnel
• Utilize and manage resources to enhance customer engagement
• Collaborate with Organized Provider Account Directors, Reimbursement Managers, and other cross-functional team members
• Convert formulary successes and market access achievements into prescribing and utilization
• Educate clients on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale
• Identify and resolve obstacles to product adoption
• Plan activities to meet call metrics and maximize customer coverage
• Develop knowledge of products and accounts while keeping track of market trends
• Analyze utilization trends, customer insights, and local market dynamics
• Conduct educational programs, in-services, speaker programs, and compliant scientific discussions
• Share best practices with fellow sales team members
• Provide insights on marketing strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of sales activities
• Create territory plans in collaboration with the Regional Sales Director, brand team, and support partners
• Manage the territory budget effectively
• Complete administrative duties and implement the company brand strategy
• Participate in training and development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with corporate and industry policies and procedures
• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution
• Valid driver's license
• 4+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or biotech industry
• 2+ years of experience in practice group account management
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned geography, including overnight stays
• Capability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
• Proven track record of top-tier sales performance and successful product launches
• Demonstrated success in generating demand within large group accounts
• Urology sales experience is highly preferred
• Experience in Anti-Infectives is preferred
• Proficiency in account selling and managing complex sales cycles
• In-depth understanding of the group practice business model, organizational structure, and key stakeholder roles
• Strong knowledge of group practice account decision-making processes, clinical pathways, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship programs
• Experience working collaboratively across community and hospital care settings
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Skill in analyzing data and trends to formulate actionable business plans
• Adaptability and flexibility to changing market conditions
• Proven ability to comply with all regulatory, legal, and compliance standards
• Exceptional presentation and sales skills, combined with strong business acumen
