
Urology Account Manager, Anti-Infectives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Drive effective product adoption across targeted urology accounts to enhance sales performance.
• Engage with urologists, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), practice administrators, clinical staff, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive territory business strategy.
• Provide scientific and clinical insights related to the disease state and the approved product.
• Deliver compliant clinical brand sales presentations.
• Manage resources effectively to maximize customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Organized Provider Account Directors, Reimbursement Managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Meet and surpass sales targets within the designated territory.
• Translate formulary achievements and market access wins into increased prescribing and utilization.
• Educate clients on patient eligibility, treatment selection, and clinical rationale.
• Identify and resolve obstacles that may hinder product adoption.
• Plan activities to meet call metrics and enhance customer coverage and frequency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and accounts while monitoring market trends.
• Analyze utilization trends, customer insights, and local market dynamics.
• Conduct educational programs, in-services, speaker programs, and compliant scientific discussions.
• Share best practices with fellow sales team members.
• Provide input on marketing strategies and the effectiveness of sales activities.
• Develop territory plans in collaboration with the Regional Sales Director, brand team, and support partners.
• Manage the territory budget efficiently.
• Complete administrative responsibilities and implement brand strategy within the designated geography.
• Participate in training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and industry policies and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid driver's license.
• Over 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, or biotech sectors.
• At least 2 years of experience in practice group account management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned geography, including overnight stays.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
• Proven track record of top-tier sales performance and successful product launches.
• Demonstrated success in driving demand generation within large group accounts.
• Urology sales experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in Anti-Infective products is preferred.
• Expertise in account selling and managing complex sales processes.
• In-depth knowledge of the group practice business model, organizational structure, and key stakeholder roles.
• Strong understanding of group practice decision-making processes, clinical pathways, formulary management, and antimicrobial stewardship programs.
• Experience collaborating across community and hospital care environments.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Competence in analyzing data and trends to develop actionable business strategies.
• Adaptability and flexibility to changing market conditions.
• Proven ability to adhere to regulatory, legal, and compliance standards.
• Outstanding presentation and sales skills, combined with strong business acumen.
