This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead project management and initial studies in the areas of urban development and transportation infrastructure.

• Supervise the technical and financial aspects of projects.

• Facilitate coordination among project stakeholders.

• Manage a team of engineers and design engineers.

• Collaborate with landscape architects, urban planners, architects, and specialists in structures, hydraulics, geotechnical engineering, environmental issues, and permitting processes.

• Oversee client relationships and project interfaces.

• Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.

• Support business development initiatives.

• Engage in cross-functional tasks that support management, particularly in team management, business development, and workload planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s-level engineering degree from a recognized engineering institution (ENPC, EIVP, ENTPE, ESTP, Centrale, INSA) or an equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in development engineering, utility networks, and/or transportation, either in urban project management consultancy or within an in-house engineering department serving a client organization.

• Passion for new technologies and innovations related to urban development (BIM, CIM, GIS, climate change adaptation, smart city technologies, etc.).

• Expected proficiency in AUTOCAD, MENSURA, and/or Civil 3D.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• High adaptability to changing circumstances.

• Capability to work independently throughout all phases of a project.

• Strong reporting abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills, open-mindedness, and a collaborative spirit.
