Influencer Sponsorships Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with YouTube creators and brands on a daily basis to ensure that sponsorships are successfully launched and managed.

• Oversee the daily execution of ad integrations.

• Provide talking points to creators.

• Evaluate ad reads to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

• Manage revisions as needed.

• Accurately document campaign details in Airtable.

• Act as the primary contact for creators and sponsors throughout campaigns.

• Engage with creators and sponsors with warmth, efficiency, and transparency.

• Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend enhancements.

• Assist in ensuring that over 60 monthly ad integrations are executed smoothly, align with brand standards, and meet deadlines.

• Support the complete sponsorship lifecycle from sourcing creators and brands to contracting and ad coordination.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Influencer Partnerships, Project Management, Customer Service, Operations, or related fields.

• Experience in Brand Partnerships or Influencer Sponsorships is preferred, but can be acquired quickly.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to promptly and effectively respond to sponsors and creators with accurate information.

• Comfortable making phone calls to clients for important issues.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Familiarity with or capacity to quickly learn Airtable, Asana, Notion, email, and Google Sheets.

• Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making skills.

• Dependable and willing to extend work hours to meet tight deadlines.

• Availability to work during US hours, specifically from 9 AM to 6 PM.
