This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Driving innovation and creating pipelines in the front-end: Identify unmet needs and opportunities through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and scouting for emerging technologies.
• Establishing a premier Voice of Customer (VoC) capability: Design and implement structured VoC programs, such as site visits, KOL engagement, usability studies, and advisory boards.
• Converting customer insights into unique product requirements: Develop target product profiles, use cases, and clinical/economic value propositions that are grounded in validated customer needs; ensure a strong connection between VoC insights and design inputs throughout the development process.
• Leading cross-functional alignment and governance: Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, clinical, quality, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on priorities, milestones, risk mitigation, and compliance within design control and stage-gate processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare technologies, or similarly regulated industries.
• At least 4 years in marketing, product management, or strategy roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Experience leading new product development initiatives within the medical device industry.
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related area (additional qualification preferred).
• Experience in global product markets, including launching or marketing products across multiple geographies and managing cross-border regulatory and reimbursement issues.
• Prior exposure to highly regulated global environments (e.g., FDA, CE, etc.).
• A proven track record of delivering product launches on schedule, within budget, and with measurable business impact.
• Demonstrated success in launching new products in the medical device sector, from concept to commercialization, with quantifiable business results.
• Proven ability to develop and execute portfolio or business strategies, balancing resource constraints with growth opportunities.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of translating market, customer, and competitive insights into actionable strategies.
• Cross-functional leadership and influence skills, with experience partnering across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Operations, and Commercial teams to achieve results.
