This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
β’ Oversee the complete business development process from identifying prospects and qualifying leads to proposal creation, negotiation, and contract finalization.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with university stakeholders, such as Vice-Chancellors, Marketing Directors, Admissions Leaders, IT teams, and Faculty Heads.
β’ Recognize institutional hurdles and opportunities for enrollment growth.
β’ Tailor StudyNext solutions to align with the specific requirements of universities.
β’ Create business cases, proposals, and presentations that showcase value and potential commercial outcomes.
β’ Manage the sales pipeline, including forecasting, CRM activities, and reporting.
β’ Collaborate with product, marketing, delivery, finance, and legal teams to develop commercially viable solutions.
β’ Represent StudyNext at conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities.
β’ Expand and enhance existing university partnerships.
β’ Track market trends, competitor actions, and sector advancements to guide strategy and discover growth opportunities.
β’ Experience in the higher education sector, particularly in student recruitment, enrollment growth, or education partnerships, is highly valued.
β’ A well-established network within the Australian higher education community.
β’ A strong commercial perspective with a proven track record of identifying opportunities, crafting solutions, and finalizing complex B2B agreements.
β’ Experience in consultative sales settings.
β’ Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
β’ Ability to connect with executive leaders, technical teams, and operational stakeholders.
β’ Skill in navigating complex organizations and building relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
β’ Highly organized, data-oriented, and disciplined in managing pipelines, forecasting, and CRM tasks.
β’ Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
β’ Candidates must be residents of Australia and possess full working rights.
