Underwriting Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +44 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in underwriting operations, pricing assessments, and financial evaluation tasks.

• Aid in pricing and risk assessment for both new and renewal business.

• Support activities related to client reporting.

• Analyze financial and business-related data.

• Engage in projects aimed at improving underwriting tools and processes.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

• Contribute to the daily operational goals of the assigned area.

• Take part in projects, programs, planning, and the execution of initiatives.

• Conduct research and generate reports, including recommendations or alternative proposals for action.

• Enhance professional skills through guidance, training, and mentoring.

• Candidates must have authorization to work independently in the U.S.

• Must be enrolled full-time or part-time in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
