Underwriting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.

📋 Description

• Assess financial applications and their related documentation for precision and completeness.

• Input and uphold accurate data across underwriting systems and platforms.

• Verify submitted information to ensure it is comprehensive and correct.

• Evaluate risk factors and ensure all decisions adhere to underwriting guidelines.

• Identify and report discrepancies, inconsistencies, or absent details for follow-up.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain smooth and timely case processing.

• Manage case records to keep them organized, precise, and up to date.

• Adhere to compliance standards and internal policies without fail.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in financial underwriting or a comparable data-intensive financial position.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a significant emphasis on accuracy.

• Ability to work independently while managing a consistent caseload.

• Proficient in written and verbal English for effective communication with US-based clients.

• Must be available for full-time work during US Eastern hours.

• Proven experience in remote work is essential; candidates without this experience will not be considered.

• Experience in providing support to US-based clients.
