UI/UX Designer – Must own MacBook

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute and articulate real UI/UX design tasks on a Mac

• Navigate through authentic product design workflows for a research initiative with a prominent AI laboratory

• Generate high-quality training datasets for sophisticated AI models

• Justify design choices during the work process

• Engage in a brief conversation with an AI interviewer and participate in a compensated assessment as part of the onboarding process

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a MacBook or Mac equipped with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor, operating macOS 15 or newer

• Candidates without a Mac will not be considered

• Proficient in tools like Figma, Sketch, Framer, or Adobe XD

• Background in designing web or mobile interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems

• Familiarity with user research and usability testing is an advantage

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master's program, or have 2-3 years of relevant experience alongside a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution

• Capability to articulate design decisions effectively while working

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Must have the legal right to work without H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship
