UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the structure, navigation, and overall user experience of the website

• Perform user research as required

• Develop wireframes and prototypes

• Construct user journeys

• Outline user flows

• Design the information architecture

• Carry out usability testing

• Work in collaboration with developers on implementation

• Conduct user interviews, administer surveys, and observe user behavior

• Create personas and empathy maps

• Recognize user needs, motivations, and challenges

• Execute early concept testing using basic prototypes or mockups

• Assess accessibility requirements and limitations

⛳️ Requirements

• Reside in the United States

• Proven experience in website design

• Background in conducting user research and usability tests

• Experience in crafting user journeys and site maps

• Track record of enhancing website navigation and accessibility

• Proficiency in analyzing user feedback and implementing design enhancements

• Experience in designing websites compliant with accessibility standards (WCAG)
