This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Perform user research and conduct usability testing.
• Evaluate user feedback to enhance digital experiences.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes utilizing Figma and similar platforms.
• Design responsive, mobile-first, and accessible web and mobile experiences for various platforms and screen sizes.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs that adhere to design systems, branding, and usability standards.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are practical and aligned with business goals.
• Present design ideas and prototypes while integrating feedback from stakeholders and users.
• Prepare design specifications, style guides, user flows, and handoff documentation.
• Offer design support throughout the development and implementation phases.
• Contribute to initiatives for digital product governance and continuous improvement.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design with a robust portfolio.
• Demonstrated experience in designing mobile applications or mobile-first experiences for iOS and/or Android.
• Proficient in Figma, wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, usability testing, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience in designing enterprise applications, preferably within operations, procurement, financial management, or related business sectors.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards, cross-platform design, Agile methodologies, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with product/platform governance practices.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, testing/QA, and software development processes.
• Understanding of Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Employee Center, GenAI, and Process Mining is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates must reside outside the Philippines.
• Must be able to align with Manila business hours and the client’s business calendar and holidays.
