UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Identify requirements and produce visual graphics, which include illustrations, logos, layouts, and photographs.

• Develop and implement design concepts that align with brand guidelines and project specifications.

• Oversee multiple design projects while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines effectively.

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to gain a clear understanding of project requirements and objectives.

• Generate graphics, illustrations, and design components for both digital and print media.

• Utilize tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira to create and design projects.

• Partner with developers and stakeholders to ensure the integrity and effective implementation of designs.

• Set the creative direction for the company while adhering to brand guidelines.

• Manage projects in accordance with design specifications and budgetary constraints.

• Engage in design reviews and offer constructive feedback.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative or related discipline.

• 5–8 years of experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira.

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience as a Graphic Designer.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Experience in an Agile environment utilizing Jira is preferred.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse array of design projects.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

• Attention to detail and a passion for crafting visually engaging designs.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Solid analytical skills.

• Effective time management and organizational capabilities.

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred.

• Understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design.
