UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Define requirements and develop visual concepts, graphics, illustrations, logos, layouts, and photography.

• Create and implement design concepts that adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications.

• Oversee multiple design projects and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to grasp project requirements and objectives.

• Generate design elements for both digital and print media.

• Utilize Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira to execute projects.

• Partner with developers and stakeholders to maintain design integrity and facilitate implementation.

• Establish creative direction that aligns with company brand standards.

• Manage projects within design specifications and budget constraints.

• Engage in design reviews and offer constructive feedback.

• Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in a creative field or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira.

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience as a Graphic Designer.

• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Experience in an Agile environment using Jira is preferred.

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates a variety of design projects.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

• Keen attention to detail and a passion for producing visually compelling designs.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Proficient in time management and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred.

• Understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design.
