UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Identify project requirements and produce visual graphics, such as illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos.

• Conceptualize and implement design ideas that adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications.

• Oversee multiple design projects while prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.

• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to grasp project needs and objectives.

• Generate graphics, illustrations, and design components for both digital and print media.

• Utilize Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira to create and design projects.

• Partner with developers and stakeholders to maintain design integrity and facilitate implementation.

• Set the creative direction for the company while staying within brand guidelines.

• Manage projects according to design specifications and budget constraints.

• Engage in design reviews and offer constructive feedback to peers.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher in a creative discipline or a related field.

• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Jira.

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience as a Graphic Designer.

• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Experience in an Agile environment with Jira is preferred.

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates a diverse array of design projects.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

• Keen attention to detail and a passion for crafting visually compelling designs.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient analytical skills.

• Effective time management and organizational abilities.

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.

• Understanding of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and both print and web design.
